My story as a chef
I am on alarm for nine years in the industry of hospitality.
I started out when I was 16 years old. Back then, I wasn't sure which direction to take, but becoming a chef seemed convenient: cooking is a skill that is needed in every life situation. I wanted to travel the world and being a chef would enable me to find a job everywhere in the world, at any time.
I started with cooking school in Vienna, working for two famous restaurants. After I finished my schooling in Vienna, I continued to work in demanding, high-pressure environments. For example, in Costa Navarino, Greece's most luxurious resort, working at a five-star hotel. Then I went abroad, work&travelling in Canada, Costa Rica and various places in Germany.
But I realized that I wasn't happy. I was overworked, tired, anxious, depressed, slacking and drinking. What I was doing, it wasn't fulfilling.
With the years, I managed to overcome and find peace with the work in the kitchen, with all the stress, pressure, bullying and shouting abuse. I changed my career, studying to become a life coach.
I am here today in the service of supporting people that have been in similar situations. I found a career that fits me and brings me joy in every day's moments - so if you're in a similar situation as I was in, I'll be happy to guide you through it and help you find inside of you the pleasure of creating your every day life.
