FAQ for the coaching support

1. How do I know if booking your services would be right for me?



My coaching is for you if you are:

  • A deep, sensitive, intuitive, creative soul who's felt like you don't really belong and don't want a "normal" life

  • Feeling rock bottom, either from being stuck and exhausted for too long, or from experiencing a major life change, and you want to refocus yourself, reset your life, and reconnect with who you are and what you desire

  • Tired of feeling stuck, exhausted, unmotivated, and uninspired in life, and are wanting to actively change your unhealthy habits and beliefs that you know have been holding you back

  • Feel easily weighed down, stressed out, drained, and pressured by obligations and expectations

  • Aware that it's time for change and growth, and are ready to do whatever necessary to make it happen

  • Willing and able to think outside of the box to reach your goals and get the results you want

  • Wanting to connect or reconnect with your creativity, passions, and creative expression

  • Committed to doing the inner and outer work, and showing up 100% to all sessions and assignments

  • Open to all layers and parts of yourself, even the parts that have been previously deemed "wrong" or "bad"

  • Looking to live a more aligned, creative, and authentic lifestyle

  • Passionate about wanting to better yourself, the world around you, and future generations

It's not a good fit if you are:

  • Not committed to giving 100%, and are flaky or distracted with sessions and assignments

  • Wanting a quick fix without much work or effort

  • Unwilling to change, experiment, or grow with the process

  • Manipulative, pretending to be something you're not, non-engaging, or intentionally hiding your truth

  • Easily offended and become closed off, defensive, or reactive when discussing your life, thoughts, or behaviors

  • Unable to be accountable, honest, respectful, open-minded, or have integrity

  • "Stuck in your ways", "Just the way you are", or use other excuses to justify why you think or do unhealthy things

  • Living at effect of your circumstances, being a victim to your situations or others instead of having self-responsibility

  • Unwilling to think outside of the box, see the possibilities, or try something new or unconventional to get results

I'm here to hold space for you to heal, grow, and thrive; I'm not here to enable you to stay stuck where you are.

2. I'm really interested, but am not sure if I can afford it?

This is a high-quality investment in yourself, as you will gain knowledge and skills that will quite literally change your life forever. This alone is worth it, as it will bring you more long-term benefits than the alternatives we tend to spend our money on for a quick-fix or temporary distraction. I want to reassure you that it's okay and completely normal if you feel a little nervous about making a financial commitment for personal growth, as it challenges you to be more deeply committed and invested in the work, which is not something that our society generally prioritizes. I don't want you to book unless you're 100% committed, and offer payment plans, sliding scale discounts, as well as case-by-case "scholarships", as I'm a firm believer that personal growth resources and support should be accessible no matter your financial situation so long as you're dedicated to showing up and doing the work.

3. I'm so busy, how much time will I have to commit to this?

Personal growth is not a one-time-thing or an outcome, it's a never-ending journey, so hopefully you're willing to commit to it every day for the rest of your life. In terms of my coaching offers, it varies per service.

4. What if I already have a therapist?

In general, I'm a supporter of therapy, and have even seen therapists myself through the years. Coaching and therapy are not the same, the main difference being that in coaching we primarily focus on the present and future, and if we discuss the past in terms of creating the present/future you want, whereas therapy is more heavily focused on healing from the past, major traumas or addictions, and navigating mental health conditions. I'm not a therapist/mental health professional, and coaching is not a replacement for therapy or anything your mental health providers direct you towards. That being said, life coaching can be a great source of accountability and support in moving forward with your goals, lifestyle, and mindset, and most of my clients have said they benefited from utilizing both resources, and noticed a huge difference between the two.

5. Can I cancel or get a refund if I change my mind?

My services are all non-refundable, as I don't want you to book until you're ready to commit. If you're unsure, I'm happy to have a chat with you to see how I can support you and make sure it's a good fit first.

6. What results can I expect to get from this program?

The short answer: You get what you put into it.

The long answer: I can't guarantee you any specific results or benefits, but I can assure you that if you show up willing, honest, and receptive to our sessions and do the assignments/action steps assigned that you will benefit from our work together. You'll:

  • Gain clarity about how to live a life that excites you instead of exhausts you

  • Learn how to more easily navigate any challenges that come up instead of feeling stressed and defeated by them

  • Set and surpass multiple goals instead of setting and forgetting or giving up on them

  • Feel happier and more confident, passionate, and motivated instead of frustrated, drained, tolerant, or depressed

  • Be more connected with yourself and able to speak/act authentically instead of being/doing who/what others want

  • Experience subconscious, generational, and inner child healing instead of staying stuck in unhealthy patterns

  • Improve your communication and relationships instead of projecting onto others or sabotaging your relationships

  • Replace unhealthy habits/beliefs with ones that better your life instead of staying trapped within your comfort zone

  • Experience more healthy and uninhibited personal/creative expression instead of staying hidden behind lies or masks

  • Have more energy for your passions and life instead of being exhausting all of your energy just to survive

And more - it's all unique to your specific situation.

But if you don't show up or do the work, I guarantee that you won't be in any better of a place than you are right now. The decision to grow and improve your life is up to you and you alone. I believe in you, you only need to believe in yourself too.
